sakib softic1The Prosecution of BiH has officially formed the case against the former agent of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Sakib Softic, in connection with the submission of an application for revision of a judgment by the BiH lawsuit against Serbia.

The spokesperson of the Prosecution of BiH, Boris Grubesic, could not specify whether and when Softic will be invited to the hearing.

In late May, the International Court of Justice in The Hague told to Sakib Softic that he is not agent before that court, however, the member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic, filed a petition for review of the judgment in the lawsuit against Serbia.

President of the International Court of Justice, Ronnie Abraham, confirmed that the Court refused to take the request for review because he did not receive any collective decision by the head of state regarding the appointment of an agent and proceedings for revision.
