90 Years of Public Health in B&H Marked

zdravstvoThe main event marking the 90 years of institutional public health in B&H took place last night at the National Theater in Sarajevo.

The Minister of Civil Affairs of B&H Sredoje Nović said that this is a great day for B&H, especially in the area of ​​public health.

“I congratulate all those who are employed in the field of public health. Public health in B&H is something that is worth fighting because B&H citizens expect to invest in prevention”, stated Nović.

The Minister of Health of FB&H Rumir Mesihović recalled that in 1923 is established the first bacterial station in Sarajevo.

“The employees of Public Health are working in full capacity and we can say for sure that they are one of the pillars of society in terms of notification and prevention that the health care system has to offer”, explained Mesihović.
