During the day, the work on clearing the ruins, roads and buildings damaged in the floods in Donja Jablanica continued, with the involvement of mechanization and volunteers, announced on Tuesday the Operational Center of Civil Protection of the HNK.

Since this morning, 30 members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been engaged in the rehabilitation of the terrain in Donja Jablanica.

Work continued on the clearing of road communications and facilities in Zlata, Mirka, Čehari, Čivelje and the lakeside villages, and on the construction of the road for the city’s garbage dump in Zakom.

In addition, intensive work is being done on training the main road M-17-5 Jablanica-Blidinje for traffic.

Professional teams visit the field and assess the damage and give recommendations for their elimination.

Food and medicines are delivered to the residents of the municipality.

As for the situation in the area of ​​the City of Konjic, the City Headquarters of Civil Protection continues to take care of the vulnerable population.

The headquarters of civil protection of the City of Konjic constantly manages the actions of protection and rescue of people and material goods in the threatened areas of the City, which were hit by a natural disaster, and carries out activities to care for the vulnerable population.

Three expert commissions are constantly working on the field, assessing the damage caused by heavy rainfall.

All available resources are engaged in protection and rescue actions, and work is being done to establish road communications in the areas of the city of Konjic that were hit by a natural disaster.

In addition, construction machinery is constantly engaged in the establishment of road communications.
