If you look at the previous three decades, the news sounds unreal. A new report by Trading economics, an organization that deals with economic reports and financial statistics, shows that Bosnia and Herzegovina ranks first in the world in terms of wage growth.

The data refer to October 2025, when the salary increased by 16.20% compared to the same period of the previous year.

By the way, the average salary in BiH is 1,605 marks. According to the aforementioned research, in addition to our country, significant growth was also achieved in Slovenia, Poland, and Russia.

Trading economics is an organization that tracks historical data, forecasts and the economic calendar for 196 countries, using official sources for data accuracy, covering everything from GDP and inflation to interest rates and central bank policies.
