Delta Holding to invest 70 Million Euros in Banja Luka

shopping mall banja lukaDelta Holding, a company based in Belgrade, will start the construction of the shopping center Delta City in Banja Luka, starting this year, was announced at a press conference. Moreover, Delta Holding management presented the results of the company for 2016 and plans for 2017, announces mojkontakt.com

The investments in Banja Luka shopping center in which during and after construction, there will be 2,500 people employed, will cost around 70 million euros. The trade center will encompass an area of 80,000 square meters.

Once opened will offer more than 100 shopping stores, and 1,000 parking spaces.

Location of Delta City will be in the Bulevaru Srpske vojske, near the campus of the University of Banja Luka.
