Despite Rain and Fog: Streets of Sarajevo full of People (Gallery)

Despite the cloudy and foggy day, the streets of Sarajevo and cafes were full of people.

Especially lively was on the main promenade, the Ferhadija Street, where citizens could even hear sounds of musical instruments.

Some catering facilities on Baščaršija still have their “summer” gardens open, and those were full yesterday. Although cloudy, temperatures in Sarajevo amounted to 12 degrees yesterday, which the citizens apparently wanted to take advantage of and perhaps for the last time this year drink a coffee outdoors.

As usual, Wilson’s Promenade was full of elderly and young Sarajevans. Some of them walked, some rode bikes, while girls spent time taking photographs on the banks of Miljacka.

Even the city parks were not short of people. Children played happily on playgrounds, until the first raindrops interrupted their game.
