Dodik said that RS is closely monitoring the Situation in Kosovo

The President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, said that ”the RS and its people are with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, and with the people of Kosovo.”

Dodik pointed out that in the RS they are ”vigilantly monitoring the manner and arrogance with which foreigners try to motivate”Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and others ”in order to violently attack justified demands and the Serbs themselves in Kosovo”.

He also added that the question of the position of the Serbs in Kosovo is not only a question of themselves and Serbia but also of the Serbs in the RS.

”I have been in constant contact with the President of Serbia regarding these issues for several days now and I am familiar with these details, the determination and the attitude of the President and the state leadership of Serbia to preserve and support our people,” Dodik stated.

Moreover, he stated that the RS is not satisfied with the status and the attitude of foreigners towards what its status is, and if someone thinks that the work here is over, they must understand that it is not so. As Dodik pointed out, RS ”is waiting for the moment for it to be clear to everyone that foreigners cannot be trusted”.

”We cannot accept their interventions, especially their arrogance lately, which goes to the effect that the RS, whether it was or not, is to blame for everything, and thus of course also Serbia, so it is absolutely clear that Serbia cannot give up several important things, namely the issue of Kosovo, as our state and motherland issue and the issue of relations with Russia,” he added.

Furthermore, Dodik pointed out that Serbia does not want to destroy its age-old friendship with the Russians, and that is why the West cannot understand the president of Serbia, the Serbs in the RS, nor the Serbs as a whole.

”It is obvious that Germany is trying to use its arrogant policy to teach us and Serbia, and the Serbs as a whole, lessons,” Dodik emphasized, Klix.ba reports.
