The Ukrainian armed forces attacked a road with a drone near the energy blocks of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, the management of the power plant announced.
“At 7:00 a.m. Moscow time, a Ukrainian drone threw a grenade onto the road that runs along the energy units outside the perimeter. Personnel use this road all the time. No one was injured,” the statement said.
The same source states that this created a direct threat to the safety of personnel and facilities, reports TASS.
Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency were informed of the Ukrainian attack and visited the site where the bomb fell.
