Ilidža: Agreement Signed on Co-Financing 54 Best Projects

ilid?a-1The gala award applicants whose projects were chosen for co-financing by a public tender in the area of sports, culture and education for 2013 was held yesterday in the multifunctional hall in the municipality of Ilidža.

From the budget of Ilidža, funds were approved for 54 projects with a total worth of 78.000,000 KM, for projects in the area of sports for 38,000 KM, culture for 30.000,000 KM and for education 20.000 KM.

The Assistant Mayor for Education, Culture, Sports and Information Aida Lušničkić congratulated them on their quality projects, reminding them of the obligations according to the agreement. “Since Ilidža announced this public call, the social life in this area is of higher quality and more diverse’’, said Lušničkić.

The contracts to the applicants were handed over by Mayor of this municipality Senaid Memić, who congratulated those selected by the public tender. “We want these projects to be as versatile and useful to society. We must not allow ourselves to be a limiting factor in such activities, especially in the area of education, because education is the key to the future’’, said the Mayor. He also said that the municipality will provide support to these and similar projects that contribute to a better quality of life for all citizens of Ilidža.
