Ambassador Wigemark expressed his readiness to cooperate with all relevant political subjects on the accelerating the realization of necessary reforms that precede the application for the candidate status in the EU. Interlocutors agreed that the positive atmosphere in given processes is noticeable. They expressed the joint expectation that BiH will keep that trend in the further period as well.

Member of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, expressed his satisfaction with arrival of Ambassador Wigemark to this position and wished him welcome and the success in work. Among other things, he repeated the belief that the joint focusing to important issues, with respecting different opinions and interests, will surely give results, which is seen from the joint statement on the European path of BiH that was unblocked by SSP.
