More than 20 Wildfires recorded in Herzegovina in One Day

More than twenty wildfires were recorded in the area of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton on Saturday. The firefighters in Mostar and Capljina had the most work. In the Mostar settlement of Tekija, two vehicles burned down on Friday afternoon, and in other cases, mostly grass and low vegetation were burning.

Mostar firefighters had the most demanding intervention in the area of Krusevo, where they put out the fire at 6 am on Saturday morning, the Herzegovina Neretve Canton (HNC) Civil Protection Operations Center stated.
