Number of Overnight Stays in Trebinje continuously increases

Investors in Trebinje novosti.rsIn eleven months of 2016, tourists made 50.500 overnight stays in Trebinje, which is 20 percent more than in the same period in 2016. This city was the most attractive for tourists from Serbia, Turkey, South Korea, and Greece.

Independent expert associate in the Tourist Board Žarko Vico said that the city was all booked during the summer, but that the Winter Town also enriched the tourist offer of Trebinje and attracted many visitors.

Tourist Board Trebinje announced that they will present their rich tourist offer in the country and the region this year, with the aim of promoting the city and its potentials to tourists.

Recently, representatives of tourist boards of Trebinje and Belgrade signed a Protocol on business and technical cooperation, in order to create even better conditions for networking of tourist sectors of these two towns.

During the signing of the protocol in Trebinje, it was emphasized that these tourist boards will work on joint marketing and media representation, propaganda, and promotion of tourist destinations of Trebinje and Belgrade, as well as on better and more successful overall development and improvement of the tourist economy.
