OHR on Possible Emergency or Early Elections

OHREarly elections may be held after the dissolution of a body, in a manner prescribed by the relevant institutions and laws. The proposed amendments to the B&H Election Law, which would enable the B&H Parliament to adopt a decision on holding early elections opens up a series of questions about the timing of these changes with the constitutional framework in B&H.

This was told to Fena from the Office of the High Representative (OHR) on the question of how it looks at the initiatives that the current crisis in B&H is solved through emergency or early elections, or how the High Representative views the call to reach a decision on the elections, if the B&H Parliamentary Assembly is not able to.
