This will be the first Nikolić’s visit to BiH since he was elected the president. Nikolić is taking part in the meeting of regional leaders within the process “Brdo-Brijuni”, and apart from him the arrival was confirmed by the President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović, President of Slovenia Borut Pahor, President of Albania Bujar Nishani, President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi and the honorable guest, the President of Italy Sergio Mattarella.

Regional presidents should participate in the conference within this Summit today afternoon.

President Nikolić was supposed to visit Sarajevo in March this year, which would have been his first official visit to BiH. However, his visit was cancelled because in the meantime the war commandant of the Army of the Republic of BiH Naser Orić was arrested in Switzerland on a warrant issued in Serbia.
