Record>Again! Exhibition

record_againAt the Academy of Fine Arts in Trebinje, an exhibition called Record>Again-40godinavideoumjetnosti.de will take place on 27 November 2013.

As part of the exhibition, Dorcas Müller, assistant at the lab for antique video systems at the Center for Art and Media Technology in Karlsruhe, will hold a lecture on 28 and 29 November on the theory of video art and on the individual steps in its production.

Video works from the last 40 years will be presented at the exhibition Record>Again, which reflect the diversity of exemplary German video scene and its development.

This project was created in collaboration with the Center for Culture and Media Technology Karlsruhe, Ludwig-Forum in Aachen, House of Art in Dresden and Edith-Russ-House for media art in Oldenburg, and with the support from the Foundation for Culture. The aim of the project is the preservation, restoration and presentation of individual works that are under threat.

Record>Again will be shown in Trebinje until 11 December 2013.
