Police officers from the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) have arrested one person in Sokolac on Wednesday morning.
According to the orders of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SIPA members searched one apartment building and deprived one person of liberty on grounds of suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense referred to in Article 172 “Crime against humanity”.
The person deprived of liberty is suspected of having committed the criminal offenses during the 1992 war in the area of Vogosca, Ilijas and Sarajevo.
After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, the person deprived of his liberty will be handed over to the Prosecutor General of BiH for further action.
