UNDP Office in B&H is the ninth largest in the World

Crnadak - Sinanoglu 1Minister of Foreign Affairs of B&H Igor Crnadak received the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations and Resident Representative of the UN Development Program (UNDP) in B&H Sezin Sinanoglu yesterday in Sarajevo, as announced from the Cabinet of Minister Crnadak.

The main topic of conversation of Minister Crnadak and Sinanoglu was marking the 50th anniversary of the United Nations Development Program.

Crnadak confirmed that he will be attending the upcoming ministerial meeting of the UNDP, which will be held on the topic of marking the 50th anniversary of UNDP on the 24th of February 2016 at UN headquarters in New York. At the meeting, which will be opened by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and UNDP Administrator Helen Clark, are invited ministers of foreign affairs, planning, development and finance of all Member States of the United Nations.

With a note that the UNDP office in B&H is the ninth largest in the world, Sinanoglu informed about the plans of marking the anniversary in B&H, and asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Minister to personally contribute.
