The Government of the RS established the rebalance of the budget in the total amount of 3 billion and 424 million BAM, and it is by 87 million BAM higher than the planned budget for the year of 2018.

“This year, we started a bit earlier with the rebalance, but it is evident that revenues are higher than planned for this year. This was visible already in the first quarter,” said the Minister of Finance of the RS, Zoran Tegeltija.

On the structure of expenditures, a total of 11 million BAM more will be allocated for incentives for agriculture, 45.3 million BAM for capital investments, 10 million BAM of additional funds to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (PIO), as well as 12 million BAM more for the University-Clinical Center Banja Luka.

“We are committed to direct the surplus of revenues to payments on the basis of debt,” noted Tegeltija in Banja Luka.

He also noted that in the rebalance of the budget are not included funds for the increase of salaries and pensions this year, but that they are considering it.
