The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision rejecting as unfounded the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina from April 24 this year to cancel the imposed prohibition measures and order custody of the accused Atif Dudaković.
Accused Atif Dudaković is subject to measures prohibiting him from leaving his place of residence and prohibiting travel, in such a way that the accused is restricted from moving to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. prohibited from traveling outside BiH, with the temporary confiscation of his passport, the prohibition of issuing new travel documents and the prohibition of using an identity card for crossing across the state border.
He is also prohibited from meeting with certain persons, in such a way that the accused is prohibited from contacting (including telephone contact or contacting through an intermediary) or connecting in any way with the witnesses listed in the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 10.10.2018. year, including approaching witnesses at a distance of 100 meters, and contacting all representatives of print and electronic media about the facts related to this criminal procedure, as well as public addresses related to this procedure, is prohibited, according to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Atif Dudaković is accused of committing the criminal offense of crimes against humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CCBiH), in connection with the criminal offense of destruction of cultural, historical and religious monuments under Article 183 of the CCBiH and the war crime against the civilian population under Article 173 KZBiH.
