The three arrested as part of yesterday’s operational operation “AS” were handed over to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office this morning, it was confirmed to BHRT from the Prosecutor’s Office.
“The arrested will be detained for 24 hours, and after the interrogation, further measures will be decided,” the Prosecutor’s Office states.
The police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) conducted searches in the area of Sarajevo and Konjic yesterday due to abuse of office.
SIPA confirmed that the activities related to the legal entity “Bosnalijek”, ie to the director of this pharmaceutical company Nedim Uzunovic, and to the professor of the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo Mehmed Jahic.
