Dogs Trust B&H (DTBH), which is currently implementing a campaign for free sterilization of dogs in Canton Sarajevo and East Sarajevo, is organizing a huge educational and entertainment event for current and future owners of dogs, children and all dog lovers today on the plateau in front of BBI Center in Sarajevo from 11:00 to 15:00.
The event is an opportunity for dog owners to arrange for a free sterilization for their dogs on the spot, announced Dogs Trust B&H.
Children will have the chance to take part in fun educational workshops that promote safety and responsble dog ownership, while experts, members of DTBH and volunteers will be there to answer all questions and hand out useful material.
The main event will be a meeting with the star of “ZdrAV, ZdrAV” campaign, the happy and friendly dog Aleks.
The campaign of free sterilization of dogs is a part of comprehensive measures of the population control of dogs and to contribute to a smaller number of dogs on the street.
The campaign that began on 17 March will last until 12 April.
