How many Fines the Inspectors issued so far?

finesInspectors from Directorate for Inspection Affairs of Canton Sarajevo and cantonal market-tourism inspectors in 10 days of intensified inspections controlled a total of 85 subjects.

They stated the offense in 42 cases, which is why they issued fines in the amount of 107,000 BAM.

A total of 30 fines in the amount of 96,500 BAM were issued for not issuing fiscal receipts, while in the other 12 cases was stated violation of the Law on the internal trade of FBiH, the Law on crafts and related activities of FBiH, the Law on hospitality industry of FBiH and other regulations within the competence of this inspection. Fines in the amount of 10,500 BAM were issued due to the violation of these regulations.

Cantonal labor inspectors conducted a total of 164 controls in the area of labor relations. A total of 72 people had irregular employment status, which is why the inspectors issued 132 fines in the amount of 56.400 BAM.

Intensified controls will be continued until the end of the summer season, as announced from the Directorate for Inspection Affairs of Canton Sarajevo.
