Vucic accused the Countries of the Region and their Media of lying against Serbia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said today that he has “no problem” to be a “lightning rod” for, as he said, all attacks on Serbia.

He again accused countries and media in the region of “lies” directed against Serbia.

“I have no problem being a lightning rod for all attacks on Serbia and being the one to blame for everything. OK, if it’s easier for them… Serbia does not have a genocide in Srebrenica according to any verdict, and they lie as they lie… that nothing happened in Srebrenica nine years ago,” Vučić said after presenting the award to Gendarmerie member Miloš Jevremović, who was seriously wounded in a terrorist attack on June 29 in front of the Israeli embassy in Belgrade.

Vučić added that certain politicians and media from the region “have been lying for two and a half years” that Serbia will start a war.

“We don’t want to go to war, unlike all those who want to accuse Serbia, who go to war every day,” said Vučić in response to questions from journalists at the Presidency of Serbia, reports Beta.
