Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić sent a congratulatory message to the Metropolitan of Dabrobosna, Mr. Hrizostom, and to the Orthodox in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world on the occasion of Easter, the Presidency of BiH announced.
“Your Eminence, I send you and the Orthodox in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world my sincere wishes, filled with hope, faith and joy brought by the great Christian holiday of Easter. These festive days remind us how important it is to approach each other with more understanding, patience and openness and to recognize in differences an opportunity for rapprochement, not separation,” said Komšić.
He wished the Orthodox that this holiday would bring peace, inner strength and joy to their homes.

May the holiday of holidays, which brings hope and salvation, bring peace to your hearts, strengthen your faith and remind us of the importance of togetherness, attention and care for each other, the joy of family gatherings and the well-being of all people of good will,” said Cvijanović.
In the spirit of Christ’s resurrection, let us support each other, preserve family values and spread love, understanding and kindness, she also said, along with the traditional greeting: “Christ is risen!”.
