B&H Exports Increased by Seven Percent

carina izvozB&H in the nine months (January – September) of this year exported six billion and 292 million BAM, which is seven percent higher than the same period in 2012.

According to B&H Agency for Statistics, the import is 11 billion and 146 million BAM, which is 2.3 percent less than during the nine months of the last year.

Export-import ratio was 56.4 percent, while foreign trade deficit is four billion and 855 million BAM.

Exports to CEFTA countries amounted of 972 million BAM, which is 2.7 percent less than in the same period last year, while the imports amounted of one billion and 202 million BAM, which is lower by 0.8 percent.

Export-import ratio was 80.8 percent.

The exports to the EU was four billion and 676 million BAM, which is 8.6 percent more than in the same period of 2012, while imports amounted of six billion and 764 million BAM, which is 2.7 percent less than the same period last year. Export-import ratio was 69.1 percent.
